BSM signs deal with Vodafone partner AMC Communications

December 10, 2017

BSM, the UK’s most popular driving school, has signed a deal with Vodafone Premier Partner AMC Communications to provide it with a cost effective mobile working solution based on the Vodafone Total Business price plan – covering over 100 people in 94 nationwide offices.

BSM, which will now be able to save money with unlimited calls to UK landlines and company mobiles, was also impressed by Vodafone UK’s reliable network coverage and the professional business support provided by AMC Communications, which is based near BSM’s Bristol head office.

BSM has also added BlackBerry mobile email to the Vodafone Total Business plan, enabling staff to provide rapid responses to customer enquiries.

In addition, BSM is using Vodafone Mobile Broadband data cards to provide fast internet access to those staff that also need to work with laptops on the move.

“Effective, responsive and flexible communication is the key to business success,” said Russell Levan, Head of IT, BSM.

“Now our people can access up to date campaign data, financial information or can even have the latest TV ad at their fingertips.”

AMC saw off competition from O2 and previous BSM supplier Orange to secure the contract.

As the next part of its mobile working strategy BSM plans to provision mobile communication devices to all 3000 of its instructors during 2018.

Alex Windle, Head of Indirect Marketing for Vodafone UK, said: “BSM has ambitious plans to extend its mobile working programme and we are delighted to be working with our partner AMC to help BSM really improve its business productivity and enable their employees to work wherever they are.”
